Cancellation Policy

To provide flexibility while covering our operational costs, we offer the following options: More than 10 days in advance: Full 100% credit toward a future rental (valid for 3 months) or a full refund minus a 3% processing/cancellation fee. 5–10 days in advance: Full 100% credit toward a future rental (valid for 3 months) or a refund minus a 5% cancellation fee. 1–4 days in advance: Refund minus a 10% cancellation fee (credits not available in this window). Less than 24 hours notice: 80% cancellation fee (20% refund). No-shows forfeit the full amount. Weather-related (Small Craft Advisory or Warning issued by NOAA): Full 100% credit toward a future rental (valid for 3 months) or full refund minus a 3% processing fee, regardless of timing. We prioritize safety and will proactively contact you if conditions warrant cancellation. All credits expire 3 months from the original booking date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your plans—we're happy to help!
